SciFi and Fantasy Art Ill Met by Moonlight by Katherine J. Grantham

This acrylic painting is about 20 years old, but probably the best from my 'winged wolf phase.' Not as clear a scan as I'd like, but considering the painting is long gone and all I had to work from was a color slide, it didn't turn out too badly. I'm not sure I could paint this well nowadays, though I could do better on the anatomies.

I don't work much with acrylics any more except for painting miniatures. What do you think? should I give them another try?
