Santa Claus is coming to town....
I'm 99% sure i made his list ,hope you made his list too ;)

I always wanted to do a classic looking St Nicholas Santa.
I hope i achieved that :)



Completed on 11x8'5 vellum board worked with prisma colored pencils,
i used some pastels for the background with a painting brush so i can get
those little sparkles and went over them in the end with a tiny brush and white acrylic and used some for the hair strands as well .

Did you use reference? I'm pretty sure I've seen a photo like this in DeviantART.
Great work however, especially detailing is excellent.

Lovely frame and background!!! Great hair, too! Never though of santa with an ivy crown, looks interesting2! I like his really red nose - it's so red he almost seems drunk;-)
