| 10 Sep 2009 |  Jeanette M Thomas | Loading... More from another cat lover. You have the cat anatomy down very well. It’s hard to draw one in this position. I think the eyes are perfect as green. They offset the orange. For a long time I’ve only had one cat with grape-green eyes (like "white" grapes) - my beloved Boo Buddy - sort of a blue-gray shorthair. Most of my otheer cats have had yellow/amber eyes. Once had a black with green eyes, and once a Siamese with blue. Would love to see Darkfyre’s world. Have you written any of the stories? Katie Verdigris Smoke replies: "Wow! Sorry, but I haven’t looked at this pic or world in ages. I have FAR too many worlds, seriously. No I haven’t written any of it down - it was really something to keep me amused on a long walk. I have too many of those too! It was meant for a sort of roleplay site really, although I’ve experimented with creating my own rp sites and know I haven’t the time to run them properly. It’s based in part on the Warriors series - basically, four clans of cats in a forest and that’s as far as the resemblance goes. If you’re a cat lover and you haven’t read that series I strongly recommend it btw! It’s very good, if not great literature.
