Hooray, a sparkly shiny metallic horse-with-a-horn type unicorn. ^^ It's been too long a time since I last drew equines... Actually, all that happened was that suddenly I had an image in my head that commanded me to draw it. Isn't much you can do in a situation like that... ^^

There is no rain on the unicorn itself because it represents sunshine... And anyway, there are stormy clouds in the background but the sky clears up towards the spot where the unicorn is... or something. Does that make sense? :)

I think I get it. Sometimes the weather does this weird thing where it's raining a little bit but there's a spot where the sun is shining through the clouds. It's an awesome picture, especially the unicorn.

The rainbow that looks sort of llike it is emanating from the horn is a very nice touch. Beautiful and uplifting picture.
