Now let me think, where have I seen this before? Such a cool picture...I LOVE it!
(And yes, I hate my scanner. This is the best it can do, but don't hurt it. yet. First i have to get a better one.)

The hair only needs a little shading to let her ear standout a little more. Other than that, It's a very good drawing. You have a lot of talent yourself. Keep it up you will only get better.
