"Searcher, Found" by Kevin G Bibby

I must say this picture loses slightly for the fact of being shrunk - otherwise the detail is quite impressive as well as the tension in the old warrior figure and the mystery that hunts him in the darkness. It might only be slightly improved if you made the creature that hunts him a bit more obvious (a more visible faint outline within the shadow or a hint of glowing eyes perhaps?), because although the description and the red claws are good clues, they are not immediate or clear enough to give a fuller effect.

Very well done indeed, and I’m not just saying this because of the cool green power thing he’s holding in his hand.

Kevin G Bibby replies: "Well thank you... yeah I just found out that I could have made the file size 4 times bigger something new I didnt know before I put this one up, so I may upload a bigger better one later........with a few adjustments...outline n such that is if I can figure that out.. if I like it or not........and what do you think of that green power thing... should I tone it down a little....I"m thinking its a little to sharp or strong.....well anyways thanks again for your comment."

I love it!!! Is this how he lost his leg? Run away from the creeping darkness! If the dragon were any more there, the hero would have seen him first.

Kevin G Bibby replies: "We have a winner!!! exactly you snooze you loose .... in this case his left lower leg..... as far as the dragon i’m working on that , but I think its just a file size thing....its not much more Prominent but the black area around the dragon has a lot more levels of shades and values that at least leads your eye to him,, and again thanks..................................do I know you?"

Another amazing piece. So many things i love about this picture. The texture of the metal and the texture of the cloth beneath the metal around his neck. The orb of light and energy. And the wonderfully realistic hair. But what i like most is the reflection of green in his eye, a very nice touch. I have to disagree with green phoenix. You either see the dragon or you don’t it all depends upon how long your going to look at the picture or you may come across it again one day and think ’i never saw that before’. I like the fact its so subtle, detail like that is what can make a picture more interesting. Congrats on mods choice, its well deserved.

I like to put a lot of little details and content in them, and you seem to catch them all, and now reading your comment I changed my mind I think I will leave it as is.... by your description of it, I think it works better like this.. as always much appreciated...thank you."
