SciFi and Fantasy Art Librarian by John D P Keane


	Not a hugely fantasy type piece, just a plain Librarian (with one very small hand!). A pretty unremarkable piece, but I thought I’d put it in anyway. Criticise away! 0.5mm mech pencil. (Warpstone Issue 12)

31 Dec 2000	Rikard Häggström	Loading... I am Impressed withh your "drawing clothes technique" in this picture. It Is as good as it gets. The proportions of her body is a bit strange though, she seems to have a bit short legs I think... but who am I to say, I sick when it comes to drawing women...
3 Mar 2001	Lyndell Stout	Loading... I agree this is somewhat remarkable and the costume design is unique and well done. I do think that the left hand is a little small but its not too distractive.
21 Nov 2001	The Gannet	Loading... I like her face. Not pretty, a bit out of proportion, but full of character. And the look in her eyes - if all librarians could muster that kind of gaze, I'd never be late in handing a book in!
6 Mar 2002	Brandi Pastories	Loading... She looks like alittle more than a librarian. Her face, posture, and stance are reminiscent of a warrior. Maybe she's just hiding out as a librarian. Shhhhh. Nice work. I agree about the hand. I think her bottom half doesn't really fit her top half well. But I do like the expression and body position as well as the shading.
