Out of every picture I have done in my life, which is quite a lot, this is my favorite by far. It's not perfect, but it's got a lot of things that I die for, such as:

-Wings

-Pretty woman with a face that's a bit more youthful than her body

-Iridescent colors

-Nifty magic circles with crazy details

-Mysterious, ethereal feel

-Glowing things!

I hope you like it too!

 

Painted in Adobe Photoshop CS4 from scratch. I drew all the patterns and writings by hand, using a Wacom tablet. No premade patterns here!

My reaction when I saw this was "Wow". It’s simply awesome. I love the light, the sense of flowing movement, her face, the magic circles... I’m impressed by how you managed such a detailed background without it overshadowing the person in the foreground. Great work!
