Tag As FavoriteComment		"Fortune" is the name of the winged wolf creature. Although you can't see it at this angle, Fortune is actually a wolf gryffin; she has an eagle's beak instead of a canine snout.

I drew this picture for a user-run art contest on Gaia. The characters belong to the users who host the contest and have nothing to do with Gaia. I am especially fond of the way the boy's hair turned out! The strong reds on Fortune are blood stains, which are a part of the character design.

Sketched in Corel Painter IX as usual; colored in Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

I LOVE this! I like the boy’s hair, too. Very fluffy and spiky. I’m sort of interested to see the front of Fortune. I’ve never seen a wolf griffin before.
