Welcome to Elfwood, Kellye! I think you've made some cute characters here...they're kinda hard to see, though, so maybe sometime you could ink them & rescan so we can see better! Sorry, I'm in the procces of fixing them, I've been having problems with my scanner for the past couple of weeks, but its fixed now so I should be getting alot of pictures up now, and they should be in better quality. There, I've added a few more, the scanner is better, but still not right... I'm working on darkening them but it may take a while as most if not all of my pictures are shaded, so I need to fix that too... anyway, i'll keep working...

Hey... Xetun's MY character... that's ok, but he still doesn't look right... And when are they going to open up Elfwood for signups? Ok, This is going to be the most horribly moral crushing thing I have to do on Elfwood,....... my first creative criticism.....*sobs a little* Ok. You need PRACTICE! Nobody acheive's anything unless it is worked for!Rome wasn't built in a day! You have potential, but it need's to be defined and toned by Practice, Practice and a bit of proof reading for the pic descritptions #<7/ . Sorry. I'll share a little hint I learned from a coo person, don't be afraid to use a really soft pencil for shading stuff in so it scan's better, you can prevent smudging by soaking the picture with a few spitz's of hair spray (This works very well) It keep's your pic's smudge free and smelling like another person's scalp =p. Practice or god will kill a kitten! (P.S) You look alot like a friend of mine.... #:7/

uhmmm no offense meant, but you draw like my ten-year-old brother. look around you and draw what you see in realistic proportions (unless, or course, its anime, or you're trying to do something special.). Do the best you can. You have potential. Its not too late to change your art style.

I am a professional animation artist, ur pix are ok but u need to work on them a whole lot more,ur horses was nice but the rest were just so not good, are u sure that drawing is ur talent? I would like to show you some of mine but i dont have a scanner, and im not lieing about being professiona, try drawing ur charactors in a pose just not standing still, like have them look from the side or capture a charactor in the wind it always looks nice with sum movement in the pix,it makes it more lively and interesting, ok? I think too many people here are too focused on talent. Not everyone has to be a talented artist. Some people do this for fun, like myself (not like I've actually done anything in years).
