This is George, he was (might still be) a part of the Elfwood joining test described in this question:

Imagine this picture: A dark and dirty backalley in New York, 2142 - A mutated three feet tall rat in a black leather cape and sunglasses is frantically searching for spare parts in an old rusty cyborg body he found in a dumpster. Is this picture OK in Zone47?

Inspired very much by Veltzeh's drawing of George  another skilled artist here on Elfwood.
