Welcome, welcome! You have a truly beautiful gallery. I enjoy your painting style. You give a believable and realistic view of some fantastic creatures. It is a pleasure to have visited your gallery. Oh, congrats on the moderators choice. You deserve it!

One more to welcome you to the 'Woods. Obviously you are quite a skilled artist, especially with horses. I suppose I do not really have anything to add that has not been said already. I look forward to seeing more from you.

My gosh! You certainly have a thing for teeny-tiny paintings, haven't you?! Almost all of these are three to five inches. I'd have to use a magnifying glass (which works great, let me tell you)! If you haven't tried it yet, a brush from a bottle of liquid eyeliner makeup is excellent for doing very tiny detail work. I've used them quite often and have been extremely happy with the results. I've got your gallery bookmarked so I can visit again. You're very talented and I really enjoyed seeing everything here!

2 replies: "Thanks for the tip, Melanie! I go through so many small brushes - I just can't keep enough good ones on hand! LOL! on the small stuff! I went from an average painting size of 20x24 inches to and average of 4x6 inches when I started selling on ebay about 1 1/2 years ago! Now it's hard to go back to the larger ones because I still want to paint every square inch like a miniature with a one hair brush! "

An excellent painter, one more, on the Woods : you gave me a lot of complex... Great work and keep it up!

12 replies: "Thankyou, Anne! Whenever I see something that makes me a bit green, I recall my favorite phrase from my fav childhood author, "There ain't never been a horse that couldn't be rode, nor a rider that couldn't be throwed!" (loosely paraphrased from Will James)"
