Your style is absolutely wonderful. It's got that wonderful elegant feel of mangas like D.N. Angel. I want to draw eyes like that but I haven't quite managed to get it down yet. I'll just have to keep practicing, I suppose. Have you taken classes or have you learned to draw in the manga format on your own? At any rate, good job! You are doing wonders with your gifts and its nice to see an aspiring christian manga artist! There really isn't much managa that isn't riddled with immorality and all that other rubbish, which is sad because it's a terific art form.

your drawings are soo awsome, i need to know, did you teach your self?, i like to draw, im 14 and i think im good, well im good compared to other people in my class, and the other people taking art gsce, but im not as good as my other friend and i havnt taken my time to draw a masterpeice like yours, please could you draw me some think, like the "a sad victory" that says alot to me, please reply.

Kirsten ´Kiki´ Mahuta replies: "Hey Hannah ^^ sorry it took so long for me to reply, im not on elfwood much anymore, my more recent stuff is all on DeviantArt here--> http://atomic-clover.deviantart.com/ but um yeah! that is really cool, i first got into drawing at 14, i think that’s a prime age for artists or something, idk xD but yes, i guess i taught myself, i took a couple art classes, but they were all on stuff i didn’t enjoy, like scenery, still lives, and watercolour flowers, boring stuff, i dont take classes anymore, they didnt really help. um, all i can say, is practice, and it really helps to learn from artists who really inspire you, like Ai Yazawa is one of my biggest inspirations, and so whenever i read something of hers, i study the way she does lines and expressions, and everything, and that helps me to learn how to become better myself c:
