Hey I just stopped by cause I was bored at school and realised there was someone on elfwood with the same name as me (well you have an extra 'l') But it's cool never met or seen or heard anyone with same name as me (other then dead people and a beer) so I though I'd check your stuff out, pretty intresting stuff you've got, and a neat style, I'd say more but class just ended so I'll see around.

First off, let me say that your backgrounds are wonderful! I'm by no means an expert in the form of art, but I do dabble slightly. Here are some helpful criticisms and solutions!

1. C. Your hands leave a little something to be desired.
S. Try using your own hands for models, hold them in front of you while you try to draw! It really helped me improve my hands! *Smile*

2. C. Your bodies are out of proportion with the heads of your people.
S. *Looks around* Take a picture by an artist that you admire and wish to emulate and trace it. Yes, I said trace! Or you can use photos, they serve the same purpose. Copy and compare, but never claim it as your own work!!

Okay! There you go! If you think I'm full of crap, ignore me, it won't hurt my feelings. But if you genuinely want help, take my advice, the reason I gave it is because it worked for me! Though I acknowledge that what works for one may not work for another. *Shrug* Your eyes and mouthes are lovely too, by the way! *Grin*

Killian Laws replies: "Thanks for the input Fern! I agree with you, there is a lot to fix about my art, but whoever said art was perfect? ^^ I'll take your suggestions to heart and try some of the things you've mentioned. Arigato"

Killian, I like your work ^_^ The only critiques I would have is that you need to post more stuff on here, because that art is too good to be the only stuff you have. And if you do get some more up here, take of In the Field, as it's obviously from an earlier stage in your artistic development and is disproportionate. But I love the rest a lot! Draw some more guys, 'cause you make them really cute ^_^

Killian Laws replies: "Thanks for the comment, but I'll probably keep "In The Field" up for awhile. I think it's important not to be embarassed about earlier stages. I'm sure other people get a kick out of seeing how bad I was at any rate ^^"

those are awesome I love drawing anime as well I think there really good!!! you are so much better that me well I know I will improve you should sometime drawlike um somekind of goddess on a plant like a tree or flower that would be awesome well those are awesome and good luck draw draw draw.

Doo doo doo da da da... I figured i would come and look at the pretty drawings on elfwood i havent been here for ages, of course as you know i cant draw for crap.... But i always like to admire others work.... A while ago you had tons of pictures on your file now theres like 4. Anyways, you should draw a dragon if your not to busy with other requests. Anywyas i gotta go....

For All the time I knew You I never even checked these Pieces of art out, I like the Guardian Set Especially.

This art sucks ass how the hell did you get up here jesus christ you want some advice? Kill your self cause this art is that bad! Ohh and don't forget to burn your art before you drown and electrocute your self to death
