Hello There! Welcome to my little corner of the woods. As I have been quoted before - I'm an Elder member of the Woods.
1/25/11: I haven't been here for so very long. Taking time to check out the changes and update some account info.
Update: 2/28/08 - I have taken a bit of a break from Elfwood for the past 6 months. To those who know the particulars - I so appreciate your support and understanding during this time.
I will be doing some cleaning and updating in the near future, not to mention answering comments and getting back on track.
**Note** Please see my Terms & Definitions File for any translations of foreign words/terms in all of the Deljin chapters.
Destiny's Eternal Lovers bloomed into one of the topics for the Herscher Project. I feel very honored that it was picked to be expanded on! Jim Bowers heads up this immensely talented bunch and his link is here:
James K. Bowers
His contribution for Project #9 is titled For a Few Silver Coins - He has an incredible library as well and you can also find the other writers and a list of their contributions to the Herscher Project on his page.
E. Hanna
His piece for Project #9, titled - Sadariean even made Mod's Choice. I should also mention that E. is one of my oldest pals here in the Woods. I'm very partial to his Journals of Maegil story.
Other writer's that have been great inspiration to me are as follows:
Che Monro- Che is wonderful, I think my favorite is Waiting for Andrew. I also enjoy his contribution for Matt's planetside saga.
Brian Saul- Brian is one of my best friends, his Elryn story twists just enough to be frustrating, but it keeps your attention. *smile*
Becca Lusher- Bex is just the best! She has a huge library. I admire her discipline and dedication to her characters. She has been such a faithful fan to Deljin that she inspired the addition of Rorik's sister Bexxa Silvar.
Elizabeth Fitzgerald- Elizabeth is best known for her Awakening story. I like her warmth and sincerity. I also had the pleasure of working with her and Bex on Matt's defunct Lost project.
Gabs 'Tragic Weaver' Beland- Gabs has sadly decided to to leave the Woods, she will certainly be missed.
Alice Smith-What can be said about Miz Muffin??? She's a scream. I love her. She has one of the most enthusiatically twisted minds in the Woods. Anyone who has read her stuff will understand that statement. *smile*
Sarah Hogan-Sarah is the keeper of Children of the Storm. Incredible work. Amust read.
Anastasia I-Morn-Gwathren-Ana is a deep poetess who's work makes you want to sit down and savor it over a warm cup of tea. Although she's pulled several things from her library, she's still definitely worth a visit.
Matt Summers-Ah, Matt. Great guy. Like me, he's severally overworked, but he manages to find time to keep the Woods moving along. Gotta love Matt, tis a rule! He writes pretty darn good too!
Sandra Leigh Wagner - Incredible writing that I have stumbled onto to in the past few months. Read her Speaker story! You just gotta!
Deb Cullins-Smith: Not only does she have an incredible bunch of twisty/turny NOT run-of-the-mill stories, she is a good friend of mine. Definitely go visit her!
Several writers deserve honorable mention here as well. *smile*
Chris Jackson: I love his Scimitar Moon story, Cheese Runners is a real scream and Redemption's Price is very touching. Oh - now included is Genome! Gotta read that. - Chris has also joined the rank of "Published"! - Drop by his page for all info. Congrats to Chris!
Leigh Schwin Erickson: has a wonderful library - go check her out!
Inger Marie Hognestad: has even been reviewed by Che in Woodworks (I think I got that right!) - she's fairly new to the Woods, but she did a thorough job of critiquing Deljin for which I am grateful. Nice lady - go visit.
Enjoy! I do try to return a visit for a visit, so see ya soon!
