This is an image of evil Kiyone from Tenchi Muyo.  I forget which episode/special she came from, but she was beaten by Pretty Samy and the power of love.  Like most of my images this was drawn by hand, not copied. I traced it in ink and uploaded it to my computer. It was coloured in Photoshop CS3, since it is a newer image. The background was created in Photoshop.
