A awake in the night by the most beautiful song I've ever heard. Walking out to the deck of the boat. I looked over across the raging dark waters and saw what look to be a mermaid. She was beautiful sitting upon the rocks singing her dark wicked songs..I looked closer towards to the rocks to see a horrible sight. skulls and bones of her victims...How frightened I was that day.. My idea of a mermaid was never the same since..

The clouds and horizon line have already been dealt with (although I don't find them distracting) but the figure of the mermaid is fantastic. Her face is lovely, and her hair as well, plus that incredible tail!
