He is one of a member of created monsters to inhabit the world. They have nearly descimated or enslaved the human race. He is of a higher order of mutation. A warior caste.

Oh, wow, this is incredible. He reminds me of some scary pictures of monsters in Asian folklore; I think it's partly the stuck out tongue 2. I love all of the amazing details, and how much strength and movement comes through. Very cool!
