An orc sentry keeps watch over the baren mountains that border his homelands, on the lookout for those pesky humans and elfs. Still working on teaching myself watercolours, this came out well except I used the wrong paper and it warped a bit, as you can see.

This is my favorite so far. Critically, the only thing I might say is that your highlighting/shading doesn't seem to match with your light source, the sun. But that's minor while looking at the whole. What a beautiful drawring. It's a great job with the composition and you truly have done a remarkable job on the watercolouring. Drop me a line if you're so inclined.

Beautiful artwork - the blurred sun gives a certain mood to the picture. There´s almost something chinese art about the background...

oh, this one is amazing. Watercolour? How? How are you so good?
Garn, I wish I could do that with watercolour. I realllly got to practice. Infact, I think I'll go off right now and practice.
This is...wow. The background and everything!

NASTY spear! You've got great composition, but I love the attention paid to that weapon, you usually don't see that detail . . .

A really inspirational watercolour! I love what you do with textures and colours. Beautiful stuff you've got in your gallery! Cheers!

Dude, you do amazing evil creatures. That orc would be right at home on the High Pass of Caradhras, waiting to ambush tasty Elven/Dwarven/Human snacks that would try to come through. Good show. 1
12 Jul 200745 Am I correct?
Would I be correct in assuming that you find it easier to draw evil than good? That's how I am.
