Have you ever been waiting for something to happen but you don’t know what it is? Have you ever just been waiting? You’re waiting for something that, that will tell you for certain who you are. Just waiting. I mean you think you’re cool but when you get right down to it you’re just another hopeless teenager locked at the punch bowl at a party because you’re afraid you’ll do something completely stupid and lose your coolness factor. I guess we all go through that at some point in our lives. I’m going through that stage right now. I’m just waiting, waiting…

Still waiting. Waiting for the day when people depend on me to give them the answers. Not the other way around. I just want someone to understand the position I’m in. I need someone to tell me that I’m doing the right thing. Someone to cheer me up when I’m sad. Someone to hold and comfort me when I’m afraid. Someone to tell me that everything is gonna be okay. Not just a friend or family member. Someone from the out side. Someone who is kind and considerate toward other people. Someone who is, for lack of a better word, perfect.
