Well, you said you wanted constructive criticism...first off, I like the pictures in your gallery very much -- the only thing I ould recommend is working on the eyes a little. The eyes in the picture Stars are VERY good -- they are detailed and they are clear. However, in some of the pictures where the eyes are smaller, lighten them a little. The shapes of the eyes are very good, but the darkness in the outline takes aways from the beauty of the faces you draw. All in all, your gallery is wonderful.
