SciFi and Fantasy Art Naked elf queen by Karine ´La gitane´ Jetté

Lately I've been drawing a lot in Anime style, and I wanted to take a break of it to say the least. So this was intended to be of a more realistic style. At first it was just a face, for me to get some practice at doing realistic faces. And then I decided to do a body along with it, and it came out naked... I do not have a lot of experience at drawing naked woman, and I have to say I'm rather proud of the turn-out of it, since it's my first attempt or so... It was also a first attempt at drawing a transparent cloth like the one she wrapped around her shoulders. Quite proud of the way it looks, too. ^__^
An elf queen offering herself to your eyes is a sight you won't see very often, eh? So enjoy! ^_^

Her armpits seem to be a tiny bit high, which makes her shoulders seem thin, and overly wide. But otherwise I can't find anything to critacize. Beautiful, and great job with the sheer silk. 27 May 2003	Kelley A. Flanagan	Loading... Thank you for the comment! I love the hair on this picture! My only (for lack of a better word...) thing... with this picture is her breasts and nose. Her nipples and areolas are a bit off, like she has implants maybe? And the bridge of her nose is dark. When you look at the human nose, it doesn't really have lines, it has shadows. She seems like a very tight lipped kind of person. great job! Karine 'La gitane' Jetté replies: "Although I know I will repeat what I wrote to reply to the last commenter, thank you for the precise and constructive criticism! The breasts are indeed odd, and I understand what the problem is. I will have to attempt drawing nudes again, I guess. And for the nose... I hate noses!! Ughh!! Lol! I don't know, I always screw them up. It's one of the things I must work on. Thanks again, your comment was very helpful and definately appreciated!"

24 Nov 2004	Anonymous	Loading... Actually, with the nose, you can fix it by just shading a little more! It doesn't even require redoing the pic! And as for the breasts, I think that moving the nipples a little farther towards the center will help.
