SciFi and Fantasy Art A Dancing Centauress by Alina Nesterova

A rather unusual picture, isn’t it? I just got tired of drawing centaurs walking, jumping and shooting, so I made up my mind do make a drawing of a dancing mare. So I did. To be frank, I did not expect it to be a success for I had never before tried to draw dancing centaurs :) However when I sat down to this drawing I started to feel I grew more and more involved in that process. My interest considerably piqued, I understood I couldn’t stop until I drew it up to the end. It took me about a day to finish this drawing, but I believe it is really worth the time spent on it.

Those front legs are too short I'm afraid, but it's very interesting how you've brought some 'civilisation' into the mix with the shod hooves and the body paint (apples). I'd note that she would probably want to be wearing a bra for any kind of enthusiastic dancing, though, because I can tell you with first hand experiance that bounce-age hurts. Seriously, even a centaur woman with a-cup sized breasts would want support if she was going to be moving any more energetically than a walk. Hee hee, though, a great fun image!
