SciFi and Fantasy Art Chiron by Alina Nesterova

This is a picture I made for a friend of mine whose name is … right, Chiron. He is a centaur like me. We got acquainted some two months ago. We chatted a lot over ICQ, and one day he asked me if I would draw him. I really got surprised and asked him how he looked like. He described himself as a strongly built stallion with large hairy hooves and long tail. So I set him down like this, and the spear in his hand was drawn at his request for he wanted to look as a warrior. I showed this picture to Chiron and he said it was cool. Well, I don't know, but I seem to like it too. :)

10 Sep 2005	Jessie 'Ithildae' Ranby	Loading... Very nice, the hand is a little off (try using a ref) but I love your take on the mane. Your tails end up coming off very Disney/toy horse, didja know? Heheh... That poor stallion, though, he's emaciated! Seriously, you've got a hiccup of the shading there: though his rubs aren't prominent and his tummy isn't tucked up he still looks waaaaaaay too thin. Wouldn't be hard to fix though.
