| 17 Sep 2002 | Nika K. | well your work is fairly nice, considerin you actually color some of your pictures (unlike me), one thing i've noticed some of those creature look almost exactly like Neopets.. is it sopposed to be that way? Kristine 'Kavi' Lackey replies: "Thanks for the comment. =P As far as Neopets go, I agree... Some of my stuff does look Neopet-influenced, but I don't intend for it to be. I guess those years I've spent on Neopets actually weasled its way into my life further then I thought. ^^; My excuse, though... Gryphons... I've always drawn 'em, and not too long ago Neopets created the Eyrie. Also, the "Worried Naoko" was not based on Neopets at all. I drew him in a friend's Oekaki quite some time ago, and Neopets just recently let loose the Draiks. =P " | |
| 20 Oct 2002 | Jordan 'QuickStrike' Gan | You...are awesome! But of course, with the comments you get, you KNOW you are awesome. ^^ I mean..your dragons are awesome, your gryphons are awesome, your whole anatomy perspective is awesome...and i should REALLY stop using the word awesome >_0 Art trades ya say? I wouldn't mind going for one even though compared to yours, i'm probably not that great.. | |
