Wow! how wonderful! wonderful picture! Its so pleasing to find other people who appreciate 'the legend of huma'... That is the book that got me into the series, but even now, ive always liked it the best. It has a certain introspective quality that the others didnt as much. (And i must admit, i always had a bit of a crush on that magius fellow...did plenty of sketches of him ;-D)

never read that book...but it must be a lot of money to cover a dragon in that much armour. What kind of terrifying beast lives in this world that a dragon needs protecting armour? guess i'll have to read the book.

If you want to find the book the legend of Huma look in a second hand book store and the Dragons name is Gwenth there will also be a suprise about the dragon and the dragon is not wearing armour it's a type of dragon called a silver dragon and it's silver because it's a dragon of Paladine the god in the book.

I haven't read the THE LEGEND OF HUMA, but I have read the series Dragon Lance Chronicles. Anyway, the dragon looks like its wearing armour, not silver scales, but other than that, it is quite similar to how I imagined Huma.

This is one of the finest works of its kind.
Indeed, The Legend of Huma stands out as one
of the best of the fantasy novels, at least
for me. From the colors to the poses of the
dragon and subject, excellent work.
