Laputa usually means a floating island, first time mentioned in Jonathan Swift's 'Gulliver's Travels'.

it also means, "the *****" in Spanish. This is according to a friend of mine, so the information is suspect, but I think he’s right. It’s very likely, given Swift’s way of satire, that he was well aware of the Spanish meaning
(In the book, Gulliver claimed Spanish was one of the languages he knew).

This is beautiful!
When I was starting drawing years ago, I draw lots of floating islands, but haven’t done that since. Should I try again... now when I see, what can come out of that subject.
Just so beatiful...
