Tag As FavoriteComment		Legend sais that there was a genuine love between the Sun and the Morning Star. Still they could never even meet because the sunlight was fatal for her.

And here it goes the first image that was originally drawn completely as a negative. What I mean? Simply - I drew shades where was the light and vise versa, so in the original of this image most of the sheet was actually left white.
This idea dawned on me when I was intending to draw some starlit sky. There is still a lot of work to do on this style however.

aww so sad...

this one is pretty too! and all that complex negative stuff... i shall never understand... -_-

well, the effect is striking, and the poses are expressive... and... uhh.. PRETTY!! [runs off]

:-) M. B. Savchovska replies: "Well, here what happens. I draw the things with normal pencil, but like a photograph negative -- the black sky turns white, and the shining crown of Chelien turns black. Then I invert it in Photoshop and colour it."

Awww. that is so depressing. 8 Poor Morning Star..... I feel her loss. This is so beautiful *sniffle* Keep it up.
