| 5 Oct 2004 | Steven; a fan of sci-fi art | Loading...I like the sharp contrasts between the light and dark areas. It gives the picture a mosaic, almost tile-like appearance. Like it would be something you'd see at the bottom of a pool. You mentioned that this was part of a history project. Could it possibly be the history of the Chinese culture? Dragons were very prominent in their folklore. Or perhaps the history of the Anglo-Saxon wars? Dragons were often used as insignia or house crests for many of the old feudal families. Heather Harmon replies: "Actually it was just a project that briefly described the history of popular legendary creaturs (dragon, centaur, elves,ect...). I had an explaination of the project on one of the other creature pages and I kind of deleted it...oops. Thanks for the comments." | |
