As a former artist myself I've always regarded pencil as a study tool for creating the initial prototype of the picture that I would eventually paint in oils or air-brush. If you make a mistake in pencil you can always erase and correct. It's extremely difficult to correct a mistake made with paint. Although this picture looks like it was colored digitally you'll know what I mean if you've ever worked with actual paints. Very good on the symmetry. And I've always liked green eyes on a woman. For some reason that color gives her an almost magical quality. Just my personal opinion. | |
