SciFi and Fantasy Art Krysalis by Heather Harmon

A character picture I did about a year ago but that I still really like. She was the main character in a story I thought up. The symbol behind her is the symbol of her tribe and is also a tribal tattoo on her sholdur. She is descended from Eygyptian demon hunters who worship the god Shu and her family are Shunites. At some point in their history they settled in Japan to hunt demons before some came to America. She is still a demon hunter and has been scarred in some of those fights. (pencil, pen, photoshop)

9 Oct 2004	Steven; a fan of sci-fi art	Loading... As an art critic I would have to say that you could do better in the proportions department. The hands seem just a little small to me. And the legs look a little long relative to her upper body. But the symmetry is pretty good. As a sci-fi writer myself I think that your story caption is very interesting. Maybe you could expand upon that and create something for the Wyvern Library.
