I thought I should maybe try something a little different from my normal style. Colored pencil on black paper (even though my scanner doesn't seem to think it's black).

I just feel like this dragon is some how a part of the sun. you feel a major bond between the two, yet both seem have seperate lives.

This is awesome!! I like how even though it is supposed to be black, it turned out a kind of maroon color (or at least looks like that on my screen). I think it adds to the color effect you were going for very nicely. It's funny how things work out that way even of you don't want them to!!! anyways... nice piece!!

I like that you cant quite tell if he is part of the ball of fire or creating it. I think it would be a sweet t shirt design.

Ooo this is pretty!! I really like the dark orange/red bits at the tips. I bet it looks striking in real life. I am convinced this doesnt do it justice! Its beautiful.
