Something I'd grow bored with  Love the spikes, the whiskery things on his chin, and your shading techniques-- the spotty shading (it has a name I know it..) on the neck piece, the lined shading on the head, and the use of small and large scales makes me feel like drawing again! Lol **hasn't updated her gallery in YEARS x_x** A beautiful work!  Krystal Tyler replies: "Yeah, it does get boring after a while, but I try to break it up a bit with different-sized scales... "Spotty shading" is stippling or pointalism, whatever you want to call it. I used small lines for the fuzzy part at the bottom, though, so I don't know if that would technically be stippling or not... *shrug* Thank you for commenting!" | |
