  | Affectionately nicknamed Queso (Spanish for "cheese"), the nacho dragon is made of Sculpey polymer clay (with wire and foil armature), sealed with white Gesso, painted with acrylics, and finally sprayed with a clear matte finish. The eyes are glass. He's made to hold nachos in his wings while his tail wraps around a container of salsa or--you guessed it--cheese. For the more nutritious eaters (not the artist), veggies and dip may be substituted for nachos and salsa. |
