	My vision of the Goddess,the Earth Mother. She is Earth and she gives birth to her every time new life awakens in spring. She takes care of all her creatures, she, the mother of all living things. Soft pastels and colored pencils. Inspired by my sister in soul, who is pregnant and will have her child in December.

Why should not everybody who wants, have a vision of his or her own earth mother? Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Thanks! It was my first attempt on a more spiritual picture here, and I think it came out pretty good, although there are some fault an anatomy. "

Anyhow, i love the outcome. The colours are wonderfully done, and the message of the image is great! Take care Jeste. Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Thank you!Then I got what I wanted. I put her up into the critiques folder mostly to discuss the problem wether she would probably be considered copy or just antother variation of the same theme - look about erath mothers in the wood and find about...more than 100 of them! "

Its a wonderful picture. The idea is really cool, and I love how you intigrated the earth to her body. Did you know we have an earthmother at gryphon and phoenix as well? She is a dragon, though.... Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Why should she not be a dragon? I think the dragon concept goes also well with the Goddess."

Great job on the background too ^^ Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Thank you! I wanted her to look both vulnerable and strong - most pregnant women I met radiated such an aura."
12 Nov 2004	Wendy Bittnerová	Loading... I like the many colors that you used to blend her hair and the added bangs look nice. I also like her pose and the overall imagery...which is very mystical and lovely. I'm not sure what you used for the background...but I'd say the stars would look better if they were more softly blended and seemed to be glowing. I also like the small plant being born in front of her and the mixing of the sun and moon. Nice pic! smiles Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Hi Wendy, nice to see you again around here! Hope you're better by now!The background is soft pastels. I didn't want to use psp again for the stars, because I haven't found out by now how I can do them without turning out to have purple rims. Maybe I revisit this picture someday and try something else on the stars. "
