	Oh, poor thing! The young merman should have listened closer to the old ones, who kept telling him to beware of fishing nets...now he's got trapped - will they release him? I drew this when I felt a kind of 'trapped' myself...

I always wanted to own a mrman g Well, it seems now I am the cruel one, aren't I? But when I think about it I am sure there are nicer ways to become mated with a merman... I love the fact that his fin is torn out a bit - he must have been a rascle of some sort. Wonderfully done! Kristina 'Aryana' Siers replies: "Thanks! I think he tore his fin while struggling against the net. bah, cruel artist! He's one of my favourite mermen, I wanted to twist the story about the captured mermaid a bit and drew a captured male instead. "
