I haven't uploaded in a while so I thought I would throw this piece at you guys. It started off as a head study, got bored and added a helm, added this, changed that, added more, added more, then my creation turned into a goddess!

I love the head dress and the feathers but the face is slightly too flat. But I could never colour as well as this sooo ^-^

very nice. but one small critique: the angel of the forhead is too steep. i looked at it and it didnt quite fit with the helm. but other than a small flaw with the anatomy, i love it. the colors, the textures, i love it.

Wonderful detail and use of colors. That’s certainly a fearsome helmet, one very worthy of an empress, chief, or warlord. Although the jewelry hanging down would indicate more of a ceremonial function. At any rate, ’tis a very neat and imaginative picture.
