There's lots of potential there, you just have to practice a little more. The way I went from stencils to crappy freehand to what I do now was/is case study. I take pics or go out and just sketch stuff to see how light plays with stuff, how the veins in leaves run, how textures and shaddows add to everything, and I'd like to think I've come a long way. (No offense to anyone) but a good way to start is anime. Any idiot can draw anime. Even I can draw anime. Granted, there are those out there who make anime look GOOD and there are others who take it even further and do Manga, but if you're held back by something like your faces and stuff, do some anime. It gives you an idea for the basic ways things are put together and as you move up in your skill and allows you to practice on your clothing, color and shading. Once you have those mastered, you can move into backgrounds and facial expressions (because most anime facial expressions are the same and sometimes even lack vital anatomical parts such as mouths and noses (no offense anime people. I'm talking worst case stuff here.)) Bottom line, you have the base talent, you can develop it to skill with time and practice. Keep it up and keep up dating. I love the way your colors pop! P.S. for anyone who wants to critique/attack my stuff, it won't be up for a couple more days. That ticket line was LONG! Stephanie Ann Lacovitch replies: "I was doing some anime but I didn't think it was turning right. Yet I did enjoy it. I guess I should start again. I haven't for a while. I need to draw more. So I shall. ::lil cute dance:: ooohh ta... check back in about a week or more and see what I've come up with! hehe"

Sparkly! like a glittering fairy butterfly woman!!! I would just like to say, thank the Lord for blow pens! I used some at my relatives over thanksgiving and they made me lightheaded, but it was worth it! Suggestions suggestions....again, experiment with different shades of colors instead of using flat color. try on experimenting with making thinks look rund or making wrinkles in clothes. you never know, you might come up with something pretty cool ^_^ Stephanie Ann Lacovitch replies: "Ooooohhhh Ta! Sounds like a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm sorry it took so long to respond. I was feeling perticularly down because of my drawing skills. NO ONE WAS COMMENTING! :;cries:: ::big smile:: but now they are. You guys are my insperation. I'll be getting more done now! Thanks again."
