SciFi & Fantasy Artwork by Emma-Jane C. Smith

Emma-Jane is an insane person who likes to write and draw... but can't do either. Luckily she's the Queen of Cumquats and talent doesn't matter.

All Hail the (artistic) Cumquat Queen!

Enjoyed looking at your pictures. I think my favourite is the space web. There's a story just waiting to happen with that one.

Good thing I used spell check. I almost misspelled cumquat.
In your kingdom, that offence might have cost me my head!

:-) Emma-Jane C. Smith replies: "No... just your eyes, ears, nose, mouth and eyebrows... ^_^Glad you liked my scribble!"

Before I go to the eye doctor, I would say that this gallery reminds me those dada-sub-realist-futurist-rationalist,etc. artists I "studied" at school.Nobody can tell, maybe one of these pictures will be valued 1 million dollars one day!

:-) Emma-Jane C. Smith replies: "Dada-sub-realist-futurist-rationalists????? Eh?*looks around confused* I suppose I'll take that as a compliment... and you can always contribute to one of my artworks being worth a lot of money.*holds out hand*You can cough up some money! ^_^ MUWHAHAHAHA!Oh and please excuse the pics that have lost all their detail during the upload... I'm going to have to figure out how to stop that... and soon! Thanks for dropping by! (As prise for 1st comment I'll upload a pic dedicated to you sometime in the future)."

How come you didn't tell me you had an art page? Or did you and I just ignore the fact?

:-) Emma-Jane C. Smith replies: "You're right, I didn't mention it. Well it's just that I have to work out how to upload these pics without getting them so garbled by the resizing. It makes EVERYTHING look so bad! Grrr... stooopie computer!Oh well. Now that you've found it let me know what you think! I'm no real artist! ^_^"

HAH! How do you know you're talking like death? Have you ever spoken with him to know? I don't think he likes being so discussed like this, I mean what if you give him a reputaion he doesn't care for?.......
Sorry I had an immature moment--Hello weirdsister! these are ADORABLE, I could never do the cute stuff, it turned out looking demented.... 19 2

:-) Emma-Jane C. Smith replies: "Death always talks in capitals, havn't you read any of Terry Prachett's books? But demented things can look cute! ^_^"

OH! OH! OH! PICK ME!
Idea! have you ever heard of Booth Tarkington? If not you should look him up and read his books of 'Penrod' and 'Penrod and Sam', they would be PERFECT ideas for your 'Diary of an Evil Child".... unless you no longer write those. Perhaps you ran out of evil ideas? ....doubtful 2

I tend toward alot of classic literature. To timid to try the newest stuff. THough I LOVE Robin Mckinnley and Patrica Mckillip, wonderful fantasy!!!
