As it say above. :) As the model for this I used one of my best friends, Catherine, (the wyked witch)(also used as model in my 'artemis and orion') I was tired of making selfportraits, needed a change and thought she was perfect for the 'job'. :D Painted from scratch in photoshop using a tablet.

Omg...I love this picture....The sparkle in the eyes and the curves of her smile especially makes this pic into an amazing display of talent...I had to do a comment here....This truly is breathtaking!!!

I smell another mods choice. At least one of your updates at least. Good good job.

Her eyes. They look so real. almost like you are looking right into her soul...

:-) Natashja 'Lady Dahmer' Blomberg replies: "Its funny you say that--- the picture I used of cath is when she was a very sad one, with her in a sad mood. And actually- she just asked me yesterday to make a portrait of one of her friends, since as she said: I was able to capture the soul of the one I portraited. That meant a lot. thanx for your comment."

well, I've been looking at your pictures like this one, the elemntal ones. Anyway, there's something off about them, not real bad, just something keeping them from looking like they're going to blink, I finally figured out what it is. They're eyelids don't fold right. I'm not trying to crticize, trying to help, so don't hate me...but they're missing a couple folds in their eyelids, so it makes it look like they're not touching the eyeball correctly. Otherwise these are beautiful pictures. keep up the good work.

:-) Natashja 'Lady Dahmer' Blomberg replies: "actually- no. the water element maybe- but thats just fantasy, the rest? no--- i painted straight from a photoreference, and it looks like that- or shall I say- me and cath looks like that. oh-- the death? that pic isnt even realistic so that doesnt count. "

Are your friends eyes truly like that? They are an open door to her soul!

This is inspiring. I wonder if my friends would like to model when I've got me a tablet.

OUTSTANDING!!!!
You make me want to get Adobe and try CG Art. You inspire me, even though I dont know how to work Adobe. You always do a marvelous job on the eyes. I think your work would be great for a calendar! It's THAT good!

The face looks so childish, yet mature, mournful, yet joyful, tired of the world, and endlessly curious all at once, you are truly a master at this form of art.

*kneels down to your superiority*

:-) Natashja 'Lady Dahmer' Blomberg replies: "you just caught/guessed the true essence of my catherine! thats her! "
