Robyn Jones

Robyn is a college student who has always wished to be able to travel to other worlds, but in in lack of this enjoys drawing the inhabitants of said places. She wishes you a nice day.

 

 

Hi, I hate writing bios, so I figure it should at least be interesting (sorry about the third person thing, but it sounded better that way): ---Robyn Jones grew up mostly in an underground world somewhere near Washington DC. Though the world appears to have been quite vast no signs of it have been found on any map or area blue-prints–inquiries are still forth coming. Friends often joined her in this world, where they were often whisked off into adventures with dragons, wizards, and alien space craft. No one knows how the aliens gained access to this underground domain, but frequent UFO sightings have been reported in the area; 'I see them every summer,' a local resident said, 'They're really small, they come down real low and buzz around flashing little green lights.' These reports have not been confirmed by the government, but specimens have been taken to Area 51 for examination. Robyn mostly pretends to live in the 'real world' now, though she quite often believes that the old one was much more fun. She is a writer, artist, and practicing actor (as in she practices being an actor). She spends her time thinking about all sorts of things, trying to be creative, and wishing she could afford more sushi. She is 17. ---So yeah...I've been drawing seriously for about 6 years now (as in that's when I started actually keeping a sketchbook and drawing with any regularity)...contrary to popular belief I was not born with a pencil in my hand–but it didn't take me long to get finger paint all over the floor! I've been a sci-fi/fantasy geek for as long as I can remember, so I guess it was only natural that it would show it's self in my art. I mostly work in pencil, though I have been doing some computer pieces, and I hope to do more painting in the future. I start college in the fall and intend to major in studio art. Well, that's about it... Live long and prosper.
