	This is the daughter of Neptune (Roman god of water/the ocean right?) looking down from her palace upon the underwater city given to her by her father to rule. What do you think she's thinking? Her pose and dress were inspired by a model I saw in a magazine. I can't remember the magazine though. Drawn: 7/30 (04)
