"Explosion" by Brian Lassen

	Painted in May 2001. This is an assignment for an Elfwood-project called Conquer - you'll probably hear about it later. It is a card game similar to Magic the Gathering. My specifications were: 'A man knocked over by an explosion'. Instead of painting the classical fire & gore, I decided to draw the effect with dynamics and light vs. shadow. I think it turned out more dramatic that way.

I really like the explosion effect you did... And the way you made some of the joists (erh..correct word?) blow up, look cool... You should upload this to TB too.. Great job! btw: what did you use to paint this pic?Thank you Karsten, and I will upload it on Tegnebordet.dk. I used colored pencils and diluted acrylics to paint this. The sky however I replaced with a computergenerated one to make it smoothe.
