What impressed me in your work is that you seem to be able to create a different mood for each picture. Thanks to your wide choice of colour and surprising subjects and styling, not two of your pictures feel the same to me.

You have a very beautiful and unique technique. I have really enjoyed looking at your art work and I am glad you have decided to share them with us. Oh and by the way, I love the stories you write for your artwork. They are so real and full of meaning. You are obviously a romantic at heart and that plays out in your work!

I like your style and your special way to draw and paint things. Your work shows your goal to illustrate children's books very good and I think you works would make some great illustrations.

My favorite is the banshee. IF i had to pick one... Some of your pieces have great feeling and depth and even though you say sometimes you can't draw it makes them more dreamy. Some of the proportions/forshortnings that are slightly off sometimes work very well. I like the ones that don't have smoothe lines the best.

Your last pictures are so GOOOOOOD (and imaginative) : they are full of joy and dreams. I love the concepts, the style, the colours. Congratulations for the Mod's Choice : it's really well deserved.

Thankye for your most kind comment, and as an interesting side note I have Aspeger's Syndrome (and throw in Bipolar II, what a mix)... so I know all about the disability rights rants. I'm so glad you're working with others who have extra difficulty with life! *hugs* ^_^ Excellent work on your paintings! I like the sorta muted watercolors best (the ones in purples and browns), especially Isolated Castle.

I hope the past couple of years have been kind to you. I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be moving to Leicester in september to do a master’s degree, so if you would like to get reacquainted at some point that would be awesome - moving is going to be a big step for me and I won’t know anyone, so it would be nice to have someone in the area to show me round, even if you’re an hour away by train.



I’ve been doing well for myself - I’ve been a careworker with adults with learning dis. for longer than I care to think, I should be getting a 2:1 in my history degree, and I’ve made lots of friends and so on. I’ve obviously changed a lot since I saw you last, and I’d say I’m certainly less neurotic and - I hope - a lot more fun than when you knew me. How about you? Are you Mrs. Robinson now? Hope I get an invite to the wedding if it’s still on the tables!
