SciFi and Fantasy Art My Ryan the elf! by Laura J. Judd

*happy happy smile* This is my handsome, awesome, perfect, marvelous, son Ryan!!!! I decided after painting Agustin's daughter, Blanca, that I would try my hand with my eldest boy. (I already painted my youngest as an angel titled 'Pookah Angel' Somewhere in the gallery) I tried a new approach to painting this time, trying to maintain a better focus on what I saw rather than what I wanted to see. I concentrated on the reference photograph more than the painting itself and it payed off. So far this piece is my best (in my opinion) and I hope that it is all uphill from here! Drawn and painted completely in Adobe. No filters or photo-manipulation. Enjoy! (Ain't he handsome???)
