SciFi and Fantasy Art Kirin girl by Laura Lee Young

An attempt at a furry (athropomorphic animal) with a more human face. By the way, there are two reasons why most of my humanoid drawings tend to have rather tight fitting apparel. One is that I can't draw the kind of loose fitting clothing that I wear to save my life. Two, I will sometimes draw them with unusual characteristics that would be covered up by looser clothing, like odd joints or this girl's scales. I don't think I've ever worn a miniskirt, and you wouldn't catch me dead in a bikini. It's jeans and a T-shirt for me, unless it's blisteringly hot or freezing that is. Um... what was I talking about?

Those hooves, that tuft at the end of the tail, speak of the silver innocence and pure beauty of the unicorn; the long, flowing tail, the scales so deft, fitting the colorful, proud humor of a mermaid and the ears, speaking of an animal lost long ago, mutated and seen things to horrible to imagine; the humanoid face, so serene, sympathetic, yet with th upbringing of a princess...sighs 0_o Whoa. I talk 22 much; when I love a picture, I LOVE it,and i definately love ths one! steals chirin girl, gets slapped by Felicia the Annoying Mew, and, grumbling, returns it Felicia: exasperated Time yet again for those little white pills... Briar; too busy looking at chirin girl to notice
