	Bill Weasley from the harry potter books by J.K.Rowling. Catching up on all the potter fan art i haden't done for so long. Bill is one of the...weasleys!! well he is from the fourth book, a banker who rowling describes as not looking out of place at a rock consert! go figure! Well, here he is the sexalent banker himself! colored in photoshop elements.
