  | I had a completely different image in mind when I started to draw, but then let my hand wander... and I didn't know for a long time what appeared before me, until I decided to colour it a little before posting. With the colours came a mood, and an association with Sandman, wonderful Gaiman's comic, and the being suddenly had a name... Have good dreams. :) Media: pencil, Corel Photo-Paint IX. 2008 Note: Since it seems I'm not able to save changes to the written part of my profile, I'll have to write here, sorry for the bother. Last time I updated, I thought I'll only submit 'pure' fantasy pictures to Elfwood from that day on, and use my newly created DeviantArt account for everything else. It would spare nerves both mine and the moderators's after all; gods know I had enough pictures I considered fantasy and they (you ;) ) did not. But later I realized I can't bring myself to update here. I sincerely apologize to all of you who like to meet me here, or comment here - I'm afraid my Elfwood days are over and these are most likely my last submissions here. Thank you for keeping me company so far, or simply enjoying my pictures :) If you want to find me over at DA, it will be easy - I'm Lawenta wherever online I go :) |
