SciFi and Fantasy Art InuYasha and Kagome by Jenny Rydén

This is Inuyasha and Kagome from the anime series Inuyasha. Inuyasha is a half demon in the feudal era, and Kagome travels back in time from modern Japan and meet him.
I used to not like anime, but since I started watching Inuyasha, I'm totally hooked!
This is probably one of the more complex poses I've ever drawn, it's not easy to draw two people like that, believe me! XD I used various pictures of the two characters for reference (even though I probably could draw Inuyasha with my eyes closed now).

I'm tired of anonymous people using the comment system to try and chat with eachother and squeal about how much they love or hate Inuyasha, so I've disabled comments from non-logged in members in hope of at least getting ONE serious comment.

Drawn, then scanned and colored in Photoshop.

I think you’ve done Inuyasha and Kagome brilliantly, a lot of people seem to mess them up a bit but your style works superbly. Not only that their pose is increadably good. (You’re right, that kind of interaction between characters is very hard to pull off and get to look right) I gotta love their expressions - drawn to each other but soooooo uncertain in spite of the body language... GOOD JOB!
