	This is for Vicki, her lovely Ranger. Ranger has naturally navy blue hair and pupiless green eyes. He's from Vicki's Dusk City, which you can read about here: http://www.furtales.com/as/index.html#akiia It's a really cool steampunk sort of place, with no cars or other road vehicles (they ride keppas), but they have trains and airships.
